Position Overview 

CyberEye Tech is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across Qatar and the wider Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Cybersecurity, Big Data, and Cloud Infrastructure, with a strong portfolio of enterprise and government accounts. This role requires a results-driven professional who thrives in high-performance environments and can build trusted relationships across diverse sectors. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Business Development & Account Growth 
  • Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities in enterprise, government, and financial sectors. 
  • Expand existing accounts through consultative selling and solution alignment. 
  • Leverage a strong account list to accelerate market penetration in Qatar. 
  • Revenue Attainment 
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. 
  • Provide verifiable evidence of past success in high-level revenue achievement. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. 
  • Relationship Management 
  • Build long-term partnerships with C-level executives, CISOs, CIOs, and IT decision-makers. 
  • Represent CyberEye Tech at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. 

 

 

 

Market Intelligence 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure. 
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market dynamics, competitor activity, and client needs. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Cybersecurity, Big Data, and Cloud Infrastructure. 
  • Strong account list with no non-compete restrictions. 
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets with verifiable results. 
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
