leadership teams across government, aerospace, global philanthropy,
media, and private industry. His work has consistently centered on
transforming business capabilities, improving operational flow, and
designing enterprise-class architectures that endure. A specialist in the
art of the possible, he breaks down large, ambiguous challenges into

A significant portion of Mountain’s career was spent in close
partnership with Paul Allen’s portfolio of companies. As a principal
business architect, he helped automate Clear Channel’s North

American broadcast operations; played a key role in enabling the
globally distributed engineering system for the Boeing 787 program;
and supported multiple large-scale modernization efforts across
advanced research labs, complex real-estate operations, and globally
distributed technical teams. His architectural leadership contributed to
automation and operational design improvements in Boeing’s
Charleston facility and to major process improvements across
engineering and manufacturing environments.

Mountain’s approach is deeply influenced by Deming-based
management principles and decades of hands-on experience in digital
transformation. He helps organizations understand their processes,
document what matters, and create a foundation for automation and
AI readiness. As an AI Transformation Advisor, he works directly with
operational leaders to develop internal capability, mature governance,
and prepare teams for the next phase of intelligent systems.

Today, as Founder & Principal Enterprise Architect of Mountain View
Consulting Group, Mountain provides enterprise-level guidance to
organizations pursuing modernization, business clarity, and
responsible AI adoption. MVCG is currently engaged in strategic
collaboration with enterprise organizations on AI adoption and
modernization in the Gulf region, supporting clients in leadership
development, architectural grounding, and long-term operational
resilience.
